The perfect rub
Mustard flakes are the raw seeds squeezed to flakes and mixed with sea salt flakes.
The flakes can be used in sauces, salads, quiches, stir fries, as a rub on steaks or burgers. The advantage of the flakes are that the flavour of the mustard comes out right away when they get in touch with liquid. Plus you get a great crunch.
